Job Description

Bold Real Estate, a dynamic and innovative real estate company, is seeking highly motivated and talented Real Estate Agents to join our team. We offer a competitive salary from AED 5000 along with a generous commission structure up to 70% on successful transactions in both the off-plan market and secondary market.Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and actively seek out new clients interested in both off-plan and secondary market properties through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and stay updated on industry trends in both the off-plan and secondary markets in Dubai.
  3. Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process for both off-plan and secondary market properties, providing expert advice and guidance.
  4. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives in both the off-plan and secondary markets.
  5. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions in both the off-plan and secondary market sectors.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships in both the off-plan and secondary market segments.
  7. Stay up-to-date with local real estate regulations, laws, and market conditions for both the off-plan and secondary markets.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to maximize opportunities and achieve team goals in both the off-plan and secondary market areas.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills related to both the off-plan and secondary markets.
