Job Description

** URGENT- IMMEDIATE EMPLOYEMENT- ALL NATIONALITIES WELCOMING BUT ONLY LIVING IN UAE **We are currently hiring our future Real Estate Agent:

  • Providing expert advice: Deep understanding of the real estate market, including property trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
  • Able to provide expert advice to clients on buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Source and increase the inventory stock of units including ownership information.
  • Source / generate leads by active networking and relationship building. Ensure good professional relationship with owners, developers and clients.
  • Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices and follow up with clients on a regular basis.
  • Analyzing the local real estate market to identify potential properties for clients. This includes conducting market research, reviewing property listings, and evaluating property values.
  • Able to create attractive property listings that highlight the unique features of each property. This involves taking photographs, writing descriptions, and creating marketing materials.
  • Must be skilled in negotiating who can work with buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and able to negotiate contracts, review offers, and ensure that all legal requirements are met.
  • Must be responsive, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service, able to answer client questions, address concerns, and provide regular updates throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
  • Overall, He/ She is responsible for helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate. They must have a deep understanding of the market, be skilled negotiators, and provide excellent customer service to ensure that clients have a positive experience.
  • Additional languages would be an asset the preferable Russian, French, German, Arabic.
