Job Description

  • Excellent in off-plan sales with UAE experience.
  • Knowledge of recent real estate projects in Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi with established relations with developers relationship officers.
  • Ability to recruit and manage freelance agents. Demonstrated sales record. Possessing exceptional time management and organizational skills. Driving License (Required). Possess a strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new information.
  • Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout contract processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
  • Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner on our platform.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong real estate social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Google and ability to write web content. Create, deliver and edit Real Estate marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely. Managing social media, SEO Management, professional video & photoshoots. Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
