Successful candidates will be responsible for Secondary (Resale) properties and leasing.
Handling negotiations, and closing sales.
This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry.
Successful candidates must be an expert in their community
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market;
Experience in the Dubai real estate market from 6 months;
Processing and sorting of leads;
Keeping records in the CRM system is a must;
Conducting negotiations with clients;
Conducting consultations on real estate investments;
Presentation of residential complexes, site visits, and viewings;
Shooting video content for social networks;
English Level Advanced
