Job Description

We are looking for real estate agents, of any nationality or gender with a minimum experience of 2 years in real estate in Dubai.Work description:

  • Searching for new properties for sale or rent in dedicated areas.
  • Creating price lists compared to similar properties on the market.
  • Generate client leads to buy, sell or rent properties.
  • Create and manage a list of properties accurately.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase and rent agreements, and other documents required for real estate transactions.
  • Be always on time, never late.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate in Dubai.
  • Driving license and own car
  • Professional grooming (Elegant pants, elegant shoes, shirt, and tie are a must)
  • Good communication skills, at least one of the languages to be fluent in (English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese)
  • Ambitions and determined, willing to take this job as his own business.
