We are currently #hiring REAL ESTATE AGENTS for the OFF PLAN AND SECONDARY and welcome you to join us and become part of one of the most prestigious and well established Real Estate agencies in DubaiSpecialist in assisting investors, and buyers to make appropriate decisions regarding property purchases for Dubai Land.Act on a timely basis with leads generated by the company call center.Qualify all leads/information/referrals passed on to you.Ensure all system updates pertaining to your daily activities are completed on a timely basis.Evaluate requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs.Assist clients with recommendations and advice on trending, popular neighborhoods/ key areas to invest.Assist investors in making the purchase of properties and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.Aim to assist your clients with increasing their portfolios with us.As a Property Consultant, develop and implement strategies, to effectively increase the profitability of company client portfolios.Raising client awareness of all company services such as Property Management/Holiday Homes/Lease/Off-plan divisions.Align with HOD on a daily basis regarding schedule and meetings for the day.Conduct market research and analysis of the DubaiLand area to determine key developments which are increasing in demand interest and profitability.Build and maintain a trusting relationship with your own clients.Maintain good relations with all internal/external stakeholders.Attend all mandatory internal/external training requirements that the company recommends.Other Qualifications:Minimum 1 or 2 years minimum experience within the Real Estate market in Dubai as a Sales Consultant.UAE Drivers License is mandatory.Strong Negotiation/Communication Skills.Well spoken and Groomed/Presentable.Motivated and Hungry for success.Positive attitude/Confidence.Attention to Detail.Interest in continuous learning & self development.RERA Certification is an added plus.All Nationalities are welcome to applyJob Type: Full-timeExperience:
