We are looking for a qualified real estate agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers.lGenerate Prospects through networking, calls and referralslArchive targets and build a database, pipeline of deals.lActively be involved in the sales of residential/commercial properties.lBe update on the current property market.lObtain properties through Landlords and build rapport.lProvide guidance and assist the landlord and tenant regarding property.lDetermine clients? needs and financial abilities.lMaintain and update listings of available properties.lArrange and conduct property viewings.lIntermediate negotiation processes, assist clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages.Follow up owners and clients on property status/availability.
