Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ sales KPIs as directed by the Management in line with ?Revenue? targets.? Prospect leads via sales calls, networking events and convert leads to buy, sell and rent a property.? Facilitate the buyers and sellers with purchasing and selling Real Estate their properties for the best price and terms.? Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis.? Solid grip on advising clients with market trends, conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and other related matters.? Promote property sales through advertisement, open houses and participation in multiple listing services.? Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property and advise them on its values and suitability factors.? Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds etc.
