  • Qualify leads in a timely manner to build a pipeline.
  • Consistently close deals at an average rate of at least 2 deals/month.
  • Become an area specialist in which you become community expert.
  • Use your negotiation skills when needed to ensure closing.
  • Attend sales and marketing trainings.
  • Build a network with all prospects to ensure long-term/repetitive business
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market, statistics of transactions, and project launches
  • Arrange open houses for property listing within the communities to increase exposure and traffic and build database
  • Use existing database to canvas and create prospects from already available resources
