Job Description

  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
  • Understand the project and the unique features and present the same to the potential buyers.
  • Follow up with the potential buyers over mail, phone or in person as required to make the sale.
  • Interact with the clients and accompany them on-site visit/present sample apartment.
  • Participate in the negotiations & provide assistance in loan documentation.
  • Good understanding of the real estate market and the transaction process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
