Your Role:Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.Negotiating offers with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.Monitoring sales as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.Qualifying new leadsRegular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporate, clubs, etc).Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concernsCandidate Requirements:Required Attributes:Experience in Real Estate is a Plus.Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, 2nd language desirable but not essential.Presentable, professional and honest.Strong networking skills.Punctual and contribute to the development of the company.Smart business dress is required at all times.Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.Positive and hardworking attitude.Able to work in a team as well as independently.What we offer:UAE resident visaMedical insurance.RERA Certification and in house training.Full marketing supportCareer progression path from Consultant to Senior and Sales Manager.
