Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Real Estate Broker who can join immediately, Male or Female. Who will overseeing Real Estate transactions between buyers and sellers. Has the ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills and has a strong and confident negotiation skills.Responsibilities:

  1. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  2. Determining clients? needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  3. Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties? value
  4. Display and market real property to possible buyers
  5. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  6. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
