Job Description

Sky View Real Estate is looking for established real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role. If you do have a real estate background candidates with strong sales skills are welcome to apply.

  • You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.
  • You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.
  • You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai and want to work without a salary.
  • Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
  • Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
  • Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
  • Conducting viewings and follow up.
  • Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain regular contact with all clients.
  • Visa and medical insurance.
  • Up to 30 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
  • Tiered commission structure from 50 to 60% for top performers.
