Job Description

Four Apple Real Estate is looking for an experienced and hardworking Real Estate Agent who has high standards and is looking for a new challenge who will join our team on a very attractive commission basis.?Applicants MUST have:?* EXPERIENCE of minimum 3 years in DUBAI Real Estate Market.* RERA Broker ID Card?* Driving license and own transport?(Please understand these 3 points are MANDATORY)?

  • Source and qualify potential buyers/tenants
  • Manage daily leads?
  • Setting appointments, attending viewings and following up on deals
  • Choose specific areas and become an expert at them : understand the market and advise sellers/landlords on market conditions and property legislation.
  • Negotiating offers?
  • Maintain regular contact with all clients
  • Visit developers regularly to find out about new projects and maintain good relationships with them?
  • Network regularly and maintain own database as well as managing leads provided by the company
