  • Conduct and interpret a variety of diagnostic imaging tests such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine scans
  • Work closely with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging findings, provide expert opinions, and contribute to the development of patient treatment plans
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise reports summarizing the findings, diagnoses, and recommendations
  • Maintain the quality and safety of imaging procedures which includes following established protocols, reviewing images for technical adequacy, addressing any technical issues, and adhering to radiation safety measures to protect patients, staff, and themselves
  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending conferences, participating in research activities, and implementing best practices in the clinical setting
