Bring in the necessary skills and expertise to develop relevant formulation and process for personal care products innovations, deliver to time and cost targets. Lead few NPD projects independently and supports projects through effective and efficient delivery of trials, product, technical reports or communication. Contributes to the planning and executes trials, tests, measurement activities within projects. Should have strong willingness to work with the team and building interpersonal relationship for the faster project deliveries.KRA? Development of new products and processes based on the direction given by the supervisors and by applying his/her own experience and creativity.? Make Hand Wash, Shampoo, Dish Wash products in R&D lab and conduct plant trial.? Generate new technical claims based on the data and feed to marketing communication plan.? Instrument handling Gas Chromatography, Viscometer, Spectrophotometer, etc.? Define and propose technical specifications.? Keep the lab and instrument up and running with on time calibrations etc.? Develop new methods of analysis in coordination with QC chemists? Systematic documentation of the experimental results in the record books.
