Job Description

  • Conduct tests in the R&D Lab and design new products as per the instructions provided.
  • Develop and refine specifications for new and/or existing products as per regulatory standard for existing and new products.
  • Amelioration and/or enhancement of existing products.
  • Responsible for effectively following, communicating, and maintaining R&D department policies.
-Responsible for Cost analysis of formulated Product.
  • Assist Department in regulatory and customer audits, by effectively managing the complete documentation of assigned categories.
  • To approve new suppliers and raw materials in accordance with the R&D Supervisor Instructions.
  • Responsible for updating all the Master Data in the department (Labels, Ingredients, Specifications, Recipes).
  • Responsible for the amendments to any existing product.
  • Responsible for Shelf-life Analysis of New and Existing Products.
