R&A AnalystWROCLAW, , POL Information Technology R01084401Position Description3M Wroc?aw Sp. z o. o. is currently looking for candidates for the position:R&A AnalystWorkplace: Kowalska 143Primary tasks include but are not limited to the following:* Manage opportunities for driving cost, quality and service improvements in manufacturing through: + Driving and facilitating hoppering sessions that will identify opportunities to provide value realization in Data and Analytics area + Sharing best practices, trainings and consultation + Process standardization and optimization using data and analytics tools + Drive project replication opportunities regarding Data and Analytics + Building business cases around common change requests in the space of reporting + Lead reporting solutions improvements and global tools roll out (local Project Management) + Implement new designs and functionality, build local solutions where applicable* Partner with various local, regional and global teams * Coordinate reporting related maintenance activities playing the role of local Data and Analytics Subject Matter Expert role * Keep clear and timely communication to local users community on reporting systems maintenance, release and upgrades activities * Keep active network of Super Users, provide trainings and knowledge sharing * Coordinate critical issues resolution ? cooperating with Super Users and corporate support teams * Leading / delivering selected projects in the space of Data Automation related to reporting under the umbrella of Industry 4.0 initiativeRequired qualifications:* A Bachelor level university/college degree is generally required.
