Quantity Surveyor - LandscapeJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesMajor responsibilities:•Conduct material and quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BOQs•Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for pool & landscape projects.•Preparing Variation proposal based on the engineer’s instruction.•Identify cost variations and recommend corrective actions•Preparation of payment certificates to subcontractors, suppliers, and manpower suppliers as per work done.•Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and contract specifications.•Collaborate with project managers, designers, and engineers to optimize cost efficiency.Requirements :•BSC (Hons) in Quantity Surveying•1-2 years of experience in construction/landscaping
