Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects.
  • Review architectural and joinery drawings to extract quantities and technical data.
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Carry out take-offs and produce Bills of Quantities and scopes of work.
  • Monitor project costs and produce regular valuations and cost reports.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities relating to cost and value.
  • Support contract negotiations and client meetings as required.
  • Assist in final accounts and project close-out documentation.
