Job Description

Our client, one of the top interior fit-out companies involved in Hospitality, Commercial spaces, and Villa fit-outs in the Middle East business, is seeking to hire a Quantity Surveyor. The position is based in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have the below job responsibilities

  1. Interim payments
  2. Variations & Claims Reporting
  3. Contract administrations
  4. Final accounts/project close out/Preparation of Statement of Completion
  5. Cost reporting & Budget control
  6. Cash flow monitoring
  7. Subcontractor and supply chain management - Payments/retentions
  8. Value engineering compliance management
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry.
  2. Strong network and relationships with key players in the industry.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
  6. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
