Working with a leading Fit Out contractor in Dubai Working on Commercial, Restaurant & Villa projects in the UAE - Good fit out & building technical knowledge - Procurement - Subcontract Enquiries, Negotiation - Comparison Statements, Finalise Orders - Experience of Material Requisitions Orders - Experience Cost Control Tender and Construction Budgets - Involved in preparation of Monthly Costs Value Reconciliations - General Contract Knowledge FIDIC - Variations Pricing Rate Build ups - Preparation of Client Applications for Payment - Subcontractor Payments - Well organised, with a Positive Can Do Attitude - English - Good Written and Spoken Communication Requirements - Quantity surveying degree required - Min 3 years? experience in Fit Out - Min 5 year Quantity Surveying experience and 2 years of that in the UAE
