Quantity SurveyorLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates•Perform detailed quantity take-offs and pre-tender estimations using Plan Swift software.•Prepare and review bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.•Collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy in cost control and management.•Evaluate and manage construction contracts and variations.•Provide cost analysis and prepare progress reports.Requirements:•Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.•Expertise in Plan Swift software with advanced functionalities.•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles.•Gulf experience.•Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a UAE-based construction company.
