Quantity SurveyorThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.?A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE and Middle East, with a strong focus on industrial buildings construction.?In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial procedures specific to industrial projects.?Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.?Knowledge with Planswift software, Autocad, RevitSalary: AED 4,000-6,000 per month, commensurate with experience.Health Coverage: Basic healthcare coverage.Work Environment: A supportive and collaborative work environment focused on career growth.Seniority Level: Mid Senior LevelLocation: Dubai
