  1. UAE experience required
  2. Knowledge of Landscaping, Irrigation, Civil and Mechanical works
  3. Knowledge about AutoCad and Excel
  4. Managing all aspects of Contractual and Financial of Construction Projects
  5. Liaison with the Site Managers, Clients, Sub-Contractors
  6. Preparing Reports, Analysis, Budget and other Documents

  8. Scrutinizing maintenance and material cost
