Preparing detailed BOQ, risk assessment, and other analyses contract documents which includes technical essential documents and commercial submittal.Prepare costs analysis and estimate/pricing for RFP.Establish clients requirements and prepare feasibility studies.Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Prepare cash flow and submit it to the finance department every month to allocate the fund.Prepare the cost projection plan for the running project.Draft contractual correspondences for client and subcontractor/vendor.Prepare monthly progress report/IPC.Researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
