This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a Macro Credit PM, being response for developing & maintaining analytics, tools & data which will have a direct contribution to the teams PnL. * Key Responsibilities+ Infrastructure- Take ownership of existing design and code base, including both front and back end architecture and develop next iteration.- Deepen the technical scope of existing to ensure code is structured efficiently, optimising for speed and reliability- Develop infrastructure framework to enterprise standard - ensuring consistency and continuity across various modules- Build on front end design, to make a consistent user interface across the different front end applications.+ Data- Manage existing database, ensuring data is stored logically, efficiently and following best practices- Improve the quality of existing datasets, ensuring data is clean and reliable and merging with the different sources to create an official ?best? data.- Bring new datasets on board, work with MLP data teams to expand available inputs, especially in less liquid products.+ Technical support- Troubleshoot ad hoc issues with analytics systems/data to ensure system functionality is supported throughout the trading day* Experience+ Extensive experience in Python, other programming languages a plus+ Expertise in systems design, front and back end development+ Exposure to financial markets, credit derivative products a plus.+ Familiarity with derivative pricing models+ Basic knowledge of SQL, database management and familiarity working with API function Depending on the candidates background, there is also scope to help in some of the systematic trading and back testing efforts the team have been working on. locationsDubai, UAE - International Finance Centre time typeFull time posted onPosted 30+ Days AgoWho We AreMillennium Management is a global investment management firm founded in 1989 that manages approximately $53 billion in assets as of April 1, 2022 .
