Job Description

Job Overview:Responsible for handling and maintaining project related Quality documentation. Assist in submission of all Quality related reports, procedures and documents to client and follow up on comments and updates.Liaise with Functional and Project personnel.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • NCR
    • Monitor and issue NCR reports raised with project quality; follow up on completion and consolidate status
  • Return on Quality Investment (ROQI):
    • Monitor and issue monthly ROQI report including:
      • CONQ library updates
      • CATR follow up on actions from project quality and function; Synergi uploads
      • Facilitate ROQI meetings, ROQI RCAs and Sustainability Reviews
      • CONQ prevention plan updates
      • Trend analysis of CONQ occurrences or causes
  • Business Performance Goals:
    • Monitor and issue monthly BPG report across all EMEA functions; follow up on completion and consolidate status
    • Facilitate BPG meetings, offsite or virtual (if applicable)
  • SPARK / INNOVATION EXCHANGE:
    • Monitor and facilitate SPARK review meetings, escalation of issues if required
    • Assist SPARK SME in the maintenance of idea register/ online platform and report issuance
    • Process SPARK funding and prize approvals for idea winners
    • Create SPARK publicity for idea winners if required
  • Lessons Learned:
    • Monitor and issue Lessons Learned report
  • KPI:
    • Monitor anssue project/ function KPI report
  • Procedure Maintenance:
    • Monitor regional procedure (plans) review and approval cycle, ensure availaility of updated plans
  • QHSES Systems
    • Providing training / awareness sessions for Intelex modules (IMT, Audits, NCR, MOC, BBS & Inspections). Assisting employees with queries and issues or concerns
    • Support other QHSES goals and activities as assigned.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • 10 years? experience with at least 2 years in QHSES
  • Bachelor?s Degree/Diploma level education
  • Certificate level qualification in Safety or Quality
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
