Oil & Gas Measurement Limited (OGM), a leader in providing cutting-edge process solutions for the oil, gas, and chemical industries, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to uphold the highest standards in mechanical production. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet stringent industry requirements and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:? Dimensional Measurement: Conduct precise linear measurements of materials and components to ensure compliance with design specifications.? Material Acceptance: Perform initial inspection and acceptance of materials before they are transferred to the warehouse, ensuring they meet quality standards.? Certificate Management: Verify and manage material certificates, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.? Quality Documentation: Fill out and maintain quality control forms, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. ? ERP Data Management: Enter and update quality-related data in the ERP system, maintaining real-time inventory and quality control records (Odoo ERP preferred).? ISO Certification Support: Participate in ISO certification processes, ensuring adherence to quality management systems and industry standards. Requirements: ? Experience: Proven experience as a Quality Controller or Quality Engineer in a mechanical production environment.? ERP Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, with Odoo ERP experience preferred.? Language Skills: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.? Technical Expertise: Knowledge of basic NDT methods and mechanical production processes.
