The main purpose of this role is to safely and effectively be responsible for all Quality control related requirements.

Periodical checking of the Product Quality during Process & Bagging operation to ensure compliance to AKS & Customer?s specifications.
To review any non-conformances raised to any Department /mainly Production to ensure timely closure of RCA.
To monitor & maintain Extra fine sugar Quality during process and Storage, to monitor the conditioning Units functioning. Extra Fine sugar Quality inspection & to review the results & accordingly to release for Dispatch.
To monitor review the records of the all the Silos conditioning Units Functioning.
To review the functioning/evaluation of screening system i.e.Rotex. Mogensen & Bagging Screens.
To monitor & randomverification of Bagging Machine accuracy by Weight verification, to ensure the Weight Measurement of all the machine being carried out by Bagging Department as per requirement of system.
Involvement with the ISO QMS, all documents and update it when necessary time to time as per approval of Sr. Quality Engineer or Manager.
