Job Description

  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPreparation of Inspection & Test Plan in accordance with the customer requirements and implementing the same.
  • Preparing TCR and studying the specifications of the projects
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEvaluate new quality/test methods, processes and materials to determine effect on quality plans
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿFormulate Quality plans, process improvement methods, analyzing & implementing the same
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReviewing of MTC along with material movement.
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿUpdating the list of quarantine materials.
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommunication with the suppliers relating to quality issues.
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyzing and identifying non-conformance, and finding solutions
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentifying the special material requirement of projects and ensuring the same throughout production and processing.
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsuring test reports from the manufacturer as per standards.
  • úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCarrying out inspection of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conducting tests as per special project requirement and preparing the reports accordingly.ÿ
