Job Description

  • Verify cleaning checklist (area and machine) in respective areas
  • Perform routine inspection of raw materials during cleaning
  • Communicate to procurement team for issues related to raw materials and raise external nonconformity whenever issues are identified
  • Hold any batch upon identifying food safety or quality concern and release it once batches are confirmed
  • Perform CCP monitoring in dry roaster and packaging machines
