FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

?Maintains and operates Radiography Testing machine for plastic products / parts dimension inspection as per Industrial standards.
?Monitor each stage of production for all shop processes using statistical analysis to make sure that machined parts are within tolerance limits.
heck assembly, test and packaging processes and ensure they meet the established quality standards & requirements.
Set up and perform quality tests on materials, parts, and products as per the quality standards and procedures.
Inspect mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical components and assemblies for conformance to quality specifications.
Record all test data on graphs and charts, evaluate their findings, and write summary reports.
Monitor and ensure compliance to HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs during processing.
Verify equipment calibration as per established procedures & frequencies and as directed by the Supervisor.
To ensure all processes, procedures and activities meet and match those as laid out in company ISO and management procedures.
Ensure all company operational and ethical practices and policies are adhered to at all times.
?Perform any other job/task assigned by the QA Executive to accomplish department objectives.
