Quality Assurance SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of medical records and documentation to identify areas for improvement and assess clinical staff performance.•Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Maintain adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant environment.•Patient Safety and Risk Management: Implement and monitor patient safety protocols, investigate safety incidents and complaints, and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.•Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements.•Training and Development: Provide ongoing training on quality control and best practices to clinical staff, and update them on new regulations and guidelines.•Equipment Maintenance and Calibration: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.•Patient Feedback and Satisfaction: Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve service quality, and implement changes based on feedback to enhance patient satisfaction.•Documentation and Quality Metrics: Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, and prepare reports on quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.•Continuous Quality Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, and stay informed about advancements in medical practices to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of quality care.
