? Organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC programs as per the Company?s Quality Policy and generally accepted industry standards ? including Historical norms.? Develops and implements quality and safety policies and procedures in compliance with the country rules and regulations as they apply to the organization?s operations.? Set organization-wide QHSE goals.? Ensure that all hazardous activities are analyzed and required preventive measures are implemented.? Perform quality and safety surveys and inspections, prepare written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective and preventative measures, and follow up on task completion.? Ensure timely Safety equipment inspection whether internally or by contractors.? Identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks raise safety awareness and improve safe work practices.? Develop, implement and maintain employee training programs as indicated by regulatory guidelines, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.? Establish Reporting & Recording environment to gather incident data.? Analyze Incident data and Identify trends? Recommend actions to avoid Incidents across the organization.? Ensures compliance with contractual requirements.? Ensures QHSE compliance as per international and company standards.? Keep updated on all QHSE legislation in the countries falling under scope and report any updates to the Management.? Identify and deliver training and induct new employees on the companies QHSE policies, procedure and standards.
