QC SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Details:旵andidates must be currently available in the UAE旾mmediate joiners are strongly preferredKey Responsibilities:昉erform regular quality inspections throughout all stages of production in line with approved SOPs.昖erify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and monitor process parameters according to HACCP and QA plans.旾nspect product characteristics such as appearance, texture, weight, color, and packaging quality.旳ccurately document in-process checks, test outcomes, and deviations in QC logs or ERP systems.昍eport any non-conformities or deviations promptly to the Line Supervisor and QA Manager.旵ollect and manage production samples for physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.旹nsure proper sealing, correct labelling, and accurate coding including batch numbers and expiry dates.旹nforce GMP, hygiene standards, and food safety practices on the production floor.旵ommunicate operational issues or process failures to relevant departments without delay.昐upport the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Qualifications & Experience:旴achelor抯 degree in food technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a closely related discipline.𠃅 years of hands-on UAE experience in in-process or online quality control within the Food or FMCG sector.Key Skills & Competencies:昗illingness to work night shifts when required.昐trong attention to detail with sound analytical abilities.旴asic understanding of HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and ISO 22000 standards.旼ood communication, documentation, and reporting skills.旳bility to perform under pressure while handling multiple tasks.旵omfortable with computers for QC data entry and reporting purposes.Salary & Benefits:昅onthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 3,500.旳ccommodation provided by the company.
