Job Description

Position: Mechanical Site InspectorLocation: United Arab Emirates (UAE)Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experienceLicense: Valid UAE Driving LicenseKey Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and local authorities? regulations.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all mechanical installations adhere to UAE regulations, codes, and safety standards.Perform thorough quality checks, testing, and inspections to verify the performance and reliability of mechanical systems.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges related to mechanical systems, proposing effective solutions to ensure project continuity.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project activities, changes, and approvals.Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel involved in mechanical installations.Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within the UAE construction industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of local authorities? codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
