Inspection of incoming Raw materials (PP, HDPE, LDPE, etc.) by conducting MFI testing etc. Conducting tests for still water closures like Physical dimension testing, Torque testing, Water leakage Testing. And also knowlege in Tests for 5 Gallon caps including - Centre opening, Tearing Test, leakage tests etc. Periodically calibration and conducting preventive maintenance of measuring instruments/testing equipment. Shift Management Analysis of rejection/rework and discuss with production team in daily meeting. Quick Analysis of customer complaint with team and response timely. Continuously improvement in productivity and shop floor discipline. Knowledge of tests conducting through Nestle/Coke Standards is an added advantage. Implemented process changes and continuous improvements to the manufacturing process to increase product quality and productivity. Conducted testing on new equipment and developed standard operation procedure to enhance product quality. Performed QA review for all product quality corrective actions and product quality investigations. Generated comprehensive final product quality reports used for business intelligence reporting. Created reports about product quality defects to the manufacturer in order to find technical solutions. End product quality control, quality records maintenance.
