Job PurposeThe purpose of the job is to ensure that the customers, both internally and externally, are receiving products of the highest quality.Key Result AreasTo plan and conduct the analysis, inspection and test to ensure the quality of assigned product.To verify the process, testing and current use of procedures to ensure the ISO compliance of the plant.To undertake tests and analyze and report the results of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure they comply with the set standards.Responsible for investigating customer complaints and to conduct root cause analysis.Monitor rejection reports, analyze the samples of complaints and report the area noncompliance and develop a system that will reduce number of rejections.To conduct statistical analysis of product characteristics or process parameters to support determination of process capabilities, as well as validation of effectiveness of corrective actions.To take part in automation projects and assist in new product development.Perform other assigned activities as and when required.
