Job Description

What you will do?

  • Preparation of site specific Quality plan
  • Preparation of method statement / ITP and installation checklists based on project specifications, approved material submittals and approved drawings.
  • Plan the site inspection, following up the installation progress on daily basis
  • Drive site team to close out and handing over the work as per project program, making sure that all areas has been handed over to client.˙
  • Initiate inspections on installation works in line with construction schedule
  • Maintenance of tracking logs for the same .
  • Maintenance of tracking logs˙for NCR?s raised by the consultant
  • Issuance of action plan to close non-conformance to site team to ensure closure of the same
  • Compilation of as built / Warranty certificates / Manufacturers data sheets / Commissioning reports etc.
  • Preparation of O &M manuals
  • Training and training manuals
  • Compilation of client snags and coordinating for closeout of the same
