QA / QC ManagerLocation: West Qurna, IraqSalary: Market related Our client is a Global EPC company in the Oil and Gas sector with current operations in the Middle East.We are looking for a QA/QC Manager for the project in Iraq which is Phase 2 of a water treatment and water injection facility.Responsibilities Manage the QA/QC department. Interface with Client representative for QA/QC matters. Coordinate QA/QC Engineers, officers, Coordinators, Inspectors in the field. Cooperate with Procurement Department reviewing procured material ITP. Cooperate in the follow up of the Material Inspection Activity with project Expeditors. Ensure compliance with Client requirements both of the activities and of the QA/QC Management system. Coordinate training on QA/QC issues and perform (or assign resource to perform) basic training. Produce / Develop documentation with regards to QA/QC in the SOW activities such as:Project Quality Plan / Objectives, QA/QC procedures, Method Statement (QA/QC Part) and Quality Control Plan (QCP). Develop Audit Plan ? Survey the correct development of Welding activities by exercising control on the Project Welding Coordinator / Engineer. Implement Corporate guidelines related Reporting and feed-back, Auditing and inspections. Check the correct collection of record to achieve mechanical Collection and form QAQC part of the Project Final Dossier.
