QA/QC Inspectors / EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Conduct thorough inspections of materials, workmanship, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.•Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and defects, and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.•Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and material certifications.•Monitor and verify that all quality control procedures are being followed by contractors and subcontractors.•Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement.•Review and approve contractor submittals, including shop drawings and material data sheets.•Ensure that all testing and inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved methods and procedures.•Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.•Contribute to the continuous improvement of the projects QA/QC program.•Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Requirements :•A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.•Proven experience working on at least 1-2 large-scale construction projects.•Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.•Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).•Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.•Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.•Proficiency in using QA/QC software and documentation tools.•Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects is highly desirable.•UAE experience is preferred.
