QA/QC Inspector (Fit-Out)Job Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Conduct daily inspections of all fit-out activities including joinery, (second fix), ceilings, partitions, flooring, and finishes.•Inspect materials upon delivery to ensure they match approved samples and specifications.•Maintain and update comprehensive quality control records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).•Monitor the implementation of method statements and ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).•Liaise with site supervisors and foremen to rectify defects and ensure immediate corrective actions.•Ensure all work complies with local authority regulations and client requirements.•Attend snagging and handover meetings.•Promote a culture of quality and safety on site.Candidate Requirements:•Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field. Relevant QA/QC certifications are a plus.•Minimum 2 to 3 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector, specifically in the fit-out and interior construction sector.•Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.•Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, techniques, and finishing standards.•Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.•Good communication and reporting skills.Compensation & Benefits:•Salary: AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.•Company Car provided.•As per UAE Labour Law.
