Job Description

Reporting to the Head of User research, the QA and performance researcher plays an important role to support both quantitative and qualitative work streams.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting research activities that will benefit our current and future projects. The primary responsibilities will include conducting user testing, market research, and writing findings in a report. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for user-centered design and research, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Required and desirable skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • (Optional)Familiarity with analytical tools such as: Mixpanel, Heap, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Firebase and similar.
  • Ability to write clear and concise research reports that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • (desirable) Working experience in banking setting.
Main Tasks:
  • Provide user-research activities
  • Write research reports that document research findings, insights, and recommendations.
  • Understand the design operations and fit and contribute in alignment with the projects.
  • Utilize with proficiency modern design tools andResearch methodologies
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure research insights are incorporated into product design and development
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal expression
  • Ability to write concise and clear reports
  • 6 months working in financial services
  • Verbal/written proficiency in a second language
