Job Description

Position Title:Purchasing & Storekeeper AssistantEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: A French fine dining restaurant in Dubai

  • Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
  • Receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day restaurant operations
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification
  • Keping inventory and stock records, as well as compiling records of expenditures/consumptions periodically
