Job Description

The right candidate will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services. He/She needs to identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that products and services are delivered on time and within budget. Also be involved in managing inventory levels, conducting market research to identify new suppliers, and developing strategies to streamline the procurement processDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop existing network of vendors related to F&B industry.
  • Finding & developing alternative vendors more beneficial for company, at local market and abroad.
  • Maintain and update a list of vendors.
  • Prepare cost analyses.
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Negotiate prices and conditions of supplies with vendors such as delivery terms, consistency of supplies, payment terms, as per Policy.
  • Forecast company needs in advance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse dept on daily basis about interruptions or emergencies with reporting of every such incident to work on improvement.
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
  • Ensures the overall quality and uniformity of documents, the evaluation of quotations, and the analysis of vendor terms and conditions, with planning for future.
  • Work with Warehouse regarding the highest quality standards of goods & ensuring feedback to supplier with action plan.
  • Ensuring the availability of ingredients through safety stock planning & coordination with warehouse.
  • To prepare comparison sheets on time and as due to ensure fast procurement process.
  • Coordinate with account team for invoices processing, Payments, and reconcile invoices weekly and/or monthly.
