To assist the Purchasing department in preparing the Purchase Order and other internal documents as required based on correct specification
Responsible for coordinating shipments with suppliers locally and overseas
Sourcing and negotiation with suppliers, obtain quotations, review and prepare comparisons matrix for approval from Head of Department�
Process purchase order and maintain proper filing system of purchasing records
Attend to invoice discrepancies, delivery shortfall, quality issues, etc.
Liaise with Finance, Warehousing, 3rd party couriers to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity
Handling day to day paperwork to ensure smooth flow of goods deliveries
Stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock level is maintained.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
