Dubai based food trading company has an immediate requirements for a well-organized, energetic (or pro-active) purchasing assistant to help the purchasing function carry out day-to-day tasks.? Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.? Build and maintain supplier relationships and act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new activities.? Prepare and update relevant spreadsheets, reports and documents.? Raise and update purchase orders.? Track shipments and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.? Monitor inventory and order levels to ensure availability of materials.? Coordinate, collect and organize documents.? Collect and analyse offers.
