We are committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients in all aspects of the property market.About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. You will be responsible for handling all government-related tasks for our company, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with UAE regulations.Responsibilities:

  • Manage work and business visas for employees, including application, renewal, and cancellation processes.
  • Assist with obtaining visas for company representatives for business trips.
  • Stay updated on UAE immigration laws and regulations.
  • Acquire and maintain necessary trade licenses and permits for the company.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits.
  • Represent the company in communication and dealings with various government departments.
  • Submit and follow up on official applications and documents.
  • Assist employees with obtaining residency permits and Emirates ID cards.
  • Help with other government-related matters like medical insurance and NOC (No Objection Certificate) requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, medical insurance licenses, RTA car licenses & stickers, and permits.
  • Stay informed about changes in government regulations and procedures.
  • General HR & administrative support to the team˙
