Job Description

The role of a Public Relations Officer (PRO) typically involves managing communication and interactions between a company and the government, clients, and the public. The following are the duties and responsibilities:

  1. Manage government-related tasks such as visa processing, labor permits, and other regulatory compliance procedures.
  2. Liaise with relevant government agencies and officials to ensure the smooth operation of the companys business activities.
  3. Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the companys brand image and reputation.
  4. Coordinate and organize events such as product launches, press conferences, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  5. Monitor media coverage and social media platforms to identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them.
  6. Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials to media outlets and stakeholders.
  7. Maintain a database of contacts and stakeholders and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Provide support and guidance to the companys management team on public relations matters.
